Now that the MHNP (Eastern section) is officially open, NPWS has established a website for the new National Park.

Please note that the National Park is closed on days when shooting is underway.

I cant believe the public are locked out of this so called National Park, I have been going to walk it a few times over the last month but have been locked out! The shooters don’t appear to care and are not willing to negotiate another sad day for the NSW public. I have noticed that people are looking for the lease, below is the link just scroll down the page and you will see it.

wny is it that we have some many groups pushing there own agendas with our beautiful headland, the shooters want to shoot, the horse people want to ride, the aero clubs want to fly their model planes why not make the headland for placid sports where everybody yes everybody can enjoy and you guessed it everybody wins woundnt that be wonderful .
